Folder OS

The business that runs on a spreadsheet, run from your phone instead.

The problem

Most small businesses run on one spreadsheet that started simple and quietly became load-bearing. Invoices, clients, who paid, what's overdue — all of it lives in tabs that one person fully understands, and every entry is by hand. Folder OS puts a real system underneath, and the only interface you touch is a text message.

The system
text the botit files itinvoice + ledgerwho owes you

You text the assistant the way you'd text a colleague: "invoice Perry for the June job, $1,800." It drafts the branded PDF, files it under the client, and logs it in an accounts-receivable ledger that tracks draft to sent to paid to overdue. Ask who owes you and it answers with real numbers, overdue first. The invoice number is saved the moment you ask — even if the PDF fails to render, the record never goes missing.

  • Six core workflows live add and find clients, create and update invoices, who-owes-me, draft docs, file intake
  • Real accounts-receivable overdue first, grand totals, drafts and paid excluded — an AR view, not a list
  • Running our own books dogfooded on AriaCode's own invoicing before any client touches it
  • Next send the invoice PDF straight back to your phone, plus a one-click spreadsheet importer

Live in 30 days, done-for-you. $10k to set it up, $400/mo to keep it humming. After that, the spreadsheet stops being load-bearing.
